where is the cheapest place to buy mobile phones in the world?

i mean really cheap!! i live in Fiji and i guess i’ll need to calculate the currencies for the different countries but i would love to know coz here in Fiji the phones are BLOOMING expensive!!

Or Singapore maybe? Why not do a search on ebay?
